The way to get things done is not to mind who gets the credit for doing them.
Without initiative, leaders are simply workers in leadership positions.
You can get the best of others when you give the best of yourself.
No man will make a great leader who wants to do it all himself or get all the credits for doing it.
Example is not the main thing in influencing others. It is the only thing.
Example has more followers than reason.
